To advance the special campaign themed “Year of Breakthroughs in Optimizing the Business Environment,” on May 23, Mr. Jin Haitao, Party Secretary and Director of the Donghai County Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning, led a delegation to conduct in-depth research in township-level industrial zones. Through on-site visits, exchanges, and discussions, the team sought opinions and suggestions from local enterprises and township representatives, aiming to identify challenges in project advancement and coordinate effective solutions to address them—ultimately helping enterprises solve problems and get things done.

In Qinghu Town, the delegation visited Jiangsu Jiaming Carbon Co., Ltd., a key enterprise in the city. They conducted a thorough on-site inspection of the company’s operations, project approval status, planning, and land use applications. Mr. Jin engaged in in-depth discussions with company and township leaders, answering their questions and patiently explaining current policies on natural resource management. He also provided constructive guidance and suggestions to help the company explore optimal solutions.

In Shanzuokou Town, the delegation focused on reviewing the progress of comprehensive land acquisition and development planning. Mr. Jin listened carefully, held detailed discussions with stakeholders, and inquired into the progress of land use approval procedures for related enterprises. He responded to each concern raised by businesses, helping them identify root issues and working to alleviate practical difficulties.

Looking ahead, the Donghai County Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning will continue to fulfill its responsibilities, strengthen its commitment to serving and supporting businesses, and deepen reforms to streamline administration and delegate power.
